Individuals who have been accepted by the Board as a Fellow and either:

Have completed the Company Directors Course or any course recognised as equivalent; and

Have had five years concurrent experience as a director of a
significant company or a government/business enterprise, or as
a senior executive accountable to the board of a significant company,
enterprise or a corporate business undertaking

Have had at least 10 years experience as a director of one or more
listed public companies, or a non-profit organisation with a turnover
in excess of US$ 20 million dollars, and/or 100 employees.
