To be a Member, individuals should have served at least two years as one of the following:

A director or alternate director of a company

A senior executive with managerial responsibilities equivalent to those of an executive director

A partner or sole proprietor of a professional practice or unincorporated business

Academic personnel at the level of, or equivalent to professor
(heads of appropriate faculties in technical colleges are included in this category)
