A programme that lays the foundation for training and education of Board Members and Directors in the region. For further details on this, please refer to the courses section.

Commencing with the Director Development Programme (the pre-requisite for graduate membership), the Mudara IOD will offer several courses that meet training needs in specialist areas, and address specific needs such as those earmarked exclusively for chairpersons, government entities, and family-owned businesses.

The Director Development Programme Course consists of 4, 2-day Workshops with an assessment test at the end of each Workshop. Attendees who pass the assessments will be eligible to take the Mudara IOD examination for Professional Director Certification.

NOTE: Candidates are required to take "Introduction to Corporate Governance" workshop prior to attending the rest of the programme
