Targeted at current and aspiring directors, board members and senior managers, this course focuses on the director's role in disclosure matters and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). It provides insights into the importance of internal audit in corporate governance and the role and procedures of an audit committee. The course also studies annual reports and discusses the formulation of a model dividend policy and the detection and approval of related party transactions with minimal risks. Other topics featured in the course include corporate finance, leading change and corporate governance matrices.
