Cancellation Policy:

For Events:
Cancellation must be made in writing. Refunds will be given for cancellations received up to 5 working days before the conference. No refunds will be made after the 5 days deadline.

For Other Programmes:
Incidental expenses: Mudara - IOD is not responsible for covering airfares or travel costs incurred by delegates.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund of the workshop fee will be given for cancellations received up to 10 working days before the workshop. Cancellation must be made in writing. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 10 working days before the workshop, but registered delegates who are unable to attend may send a delegate, or receive a credit towards attendance at a future workshop.
