Members have extensive opportunities to participate in Mudara IOD's director education and training programme, made available at preferential rates, and designed to meet the needs of both companies and individuals.

Commencing with the Director Development Programme (the pre-requisite for graduate membership), Mudara IOD will offer several courses that meet training needs in specialist areas, and address specific needs such as those earmarked exclusively for chairpersons, government entities, and family-owned businesses.

The Director Development Programme consists of 4, 2-day Workshops with an assessment test at the end of each Workshop. Attendees who pass the assessments will be eligible to take the Mudara IOD examination for Professional Director Certification.
